Initial Assessment + Customized Treatment Appointment

This service is designed for those who may not be sure of exactly what their body needs yet, and that’s okay.
This session includes a brief health history review, movement and postural assessment, discussion of your concerns and goals, and a customized treatment approach based on what your body presents with that day.
Rather than booking into one specific modality right away, this appointment allows us to assess how your body is moving, where restrictions or tension patterns may be present, and determine whether your treatment would benefit most from massage therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), targeted mobility work, or a combination of techniques.
This personalized approach ensures your care is safely and effectively tailored to your body, goals, comfort level, and overall function.
No two bodies are the same and your treatment shouldn’t be either.

Your first massage appointment will include a brief health history review, assessment, and treatment. This allows me to better understand your concerns, goals, and how your body is moving so your treatment can be safely and effectively tailored to you.

Ongoing appointments may also include reassessment as needed to ensure your care continues to support your progress.

Massage Therapy

TMJ Massage- Jaw, Face & Neck (Includes Intra-Oral Work) 

Your first TMJ massage appointment will include a brief health history review, focused assessment, and treatment. This allows me to better understand your symptoms, jaw function, and contributing tension patterns so your treatment can be safely and effectively tailored to you.
At the beginning of your appointment, we will review what TMJ treatment involves, what areas may be treated, and what to expect during the session. Your comfort and consent will be prioritized throughout.

Treatment may include targeted work to areas that commonly contribute to TMJ-related tension, including the jaw muscles, cheeks, temples, scalp, neck, and upper shoulders. Depending on your presentation and goals, treatment may also include intra-oral massage (massage performed inside the mouth using gloved technique) to address deeper jaw muscles.

Intra-oral work is always optional and will only be performed with your informed consent.

TMJ Treatment

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) Appointments

Your first Fascial Stretch Therapy appointment includes a brief health history review, movement assessment, and treatment. This allows your session to be safely and effectively tailored to your mobility goals, areas of restriction, and overall comfort.

Fascial Stretch Therapy is a gentle, assisted stretching approach performed on a treatment table, fully clothed, and focused on improving mobility, reducing tension, and supporting overall movement quality. Ongoing appointments may include reassessment as needed to support continued progress.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Indian Head Massage (Hot Oil & Essential Oils)

Your Indian Head Massage appointment includes a brief health history review and treatment focused on the scalp, neck, shoulders, and face. This service is designed to promote relaxation, reduce tension, and support nervous system regulation.

Warm oil is applied to the scalp and hair, and essential oils may be incorporated as appropriate. Please note that oil will remain in the hair following treatment. If you have sensitivities, allergies, or preferences regarding oils or scents, please indicate this on your intake form or inform your therapist prior to treatment.

Indian Head Massage

This appointment combines Massage Therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) in one session, the best of both worlds for pain relief, mobility, and overall function.

Your treatment will be fully individualized based on your goals, health history, and assessment findings. We’ll decide together whether FST is completed first or after massage, depending on what your body needs that day.

Includes:

Brief check-in + reassessment as needed

30 minutes Massage Therapy

30 minutes Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)

A focused plan based on your goals (tightness, pain, mobility, performance, posture, etc.)

This is a great option if you want both hands-on soft tissue work and intentional, guided stretching to improve movement and relieve tension.

Your appointment includes a brief health history review and treatment that will be individualized based on your goals, assessment findings, and preferences. We’ll decide together whether Indian Head Massage is completed first or after massage depending on what will be most beneficial that day.

Massage therapy may be focused anywhere in the body as needed, while Indian Head Massage focuses on the scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper back, and is designed to promote relaxation, reduce tension, and support nervous system regulation.
