Initial Assessment + Customized Treatment Appointment

This service is designed for those who may not be sure of exactly what their body needs yet, and that’s okay.
This session includes a brief health history review, movement and postural assessment, discussion of your concerns and goals, and a customized treatment approach based on what your body presents with that day.
Rather than booking into one specific modality right away, this appointment allows us to assess how your body is moving, where restrictions or tension patterns may be present, and determine whether your treatment would benefit most from massage therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), targeted mobility work, or a combination of techniques.
This personalized approach ensures your care is safely and effectively tailored to your body, goals, comfort level, and overall function.
No two bodies are the same and your treatment shouldn’t be either.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the schedule of other clients, and the full appointment fee will still apply.

If this is your first visit, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for intake forms if they have not been completed in advance.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
