Initial & Ongoing Massage Appointments

Your first massage appointment will include a brief health history review, assessment, and treatment. This allows me to better understand your concerns, goals, and how your body is moving so your treatment can be safely and effectively tailored to you.

Ongoing appointments may also include reassessment as needed to ensure your care continues to support your progress.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment to respect the schedule of other clients, and the full appointment fee will still apply.

If this is your first visit, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for intake forms if they have not been completed in advance.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
